Plain questions, plain answers.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. Monthly plans roll on with no minimum term. Cancel any time and your plan stops at the end of the month you've paid for. You can cancel or change your card yourself.
What does it cost?
Show Up is £79 a month, Show Up & Book £149 and Show Up 24/7 £249. Each has a one-off setup fee (£49, £99 and £149) paid up front. These are the full prices: I am not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
What do founding clients get?
The first 5 businesses to sign up for a monthly plan (Show Up, Show Up & Book or Show Up 24/7) pay 20% less on the monthly fee for their first 12 months. After that it is the normal price. Plans still roll monthly and you can cancel any time: your plan stops at the end of the month you've paid for. The setup fee is charged in full, and the offer does not apply to Google Fix or Own It. Applied automatically at checkout. If you message me instead, mention the code FOUNDERS.
Can I own the website outright?
Yes, with Own It: the five-page website and Google profile from Show Up or Show Up & Book, bought outright for £995 one-off instead of paid monthly. An optional care plan is £39 a month.
I only need my Google listing sorted.
Google Fix is £99 one-off: your profile claimed, with categories, hours, photos, review-reply templates and a printable review QR card. Done within 3 working days of you giving me access to your Google profile.
How quickly will I be live?
The clock starts on the day I have everything I need from you. Google Fix: done within 3 working days of you giving me access to your Google profile. Show Up 24/7 is in pilot: I confirm a start date with you before you pay.
What do you need from me?
Your text, images, logins and approvals, sent promptly, and your confirmation that you have the right to use everything you give me. For Google Fix I also need access to your Google profile. Where I can, accounts with third parties such as Google are opened in your name. Anything outside the plan is quoted before I start.
How do I pay?
By card, at a secure checkout run by Stripe. Google Fix and Own It are paid in full when you order. For a monthly plan, the setup fee and the first month are taken when you order, then each month on the same date, in advance. Prices are in pounds with no VAT added.
What if the receptionist takes a lot of calls?
Show Up 24/7 includes 600 call minutes a month. After that it is 30p a minute.
What happens when the receptionist cannot answer something?
It takes a message, and a summary of every call is sent to your inbox so you can follow up.
Are the demos on this page real?
They are simulations with example names, numbers and messages. A live version is set up on your own number, diary and payments.
