Connect the tools your business already uses.

Your booking system, website, Google profile and phone should help the same customer reach you. I work out the supported connections, set up the agreed service and keep you clear on what is happening each month.

One journey, your existing tools

  1. Get found. Accurate Google details and a useful website.
  2. Make contact. Book online, call or send an enquiry.
  3. Follow through. The agreed diary entry or a clear request for your team.
  4. Keep improving. Supported reminders, review requests and monthly reporting.

These are examples of platforms I can assess for UK businesses, including international providers. Your proposal names the connection, what it will do and any separate costs. Names and marks identify the products; they do not imply a partnership.

What the connection does for your business

Website bookings

Official booking links or widgets, with your provider’s deposits and reminders where supported. Customers use the diary your team already knows.

Google profile and reports

An initial audit, agreed improvements and a monthly summary. Clicks, enquiries and confirmed bookings are measured separately using the data available to you.

AI receptionists

Web or telephone conversations configured around your services, hours and staff. Automatic booking needs an approved diary connection; otherwise the assistant takes a clear request.

Reviews and repeat visits

Supported post-visit review requests, reminders and rebooking routes within your agreed service. Your team approves the timing and customer communications.

Salons and barbers

Keep your services, staff and diary together. I check treatment times, staff skills, deposits and reminders before connecting your website.

  • Fresha

Booking links for your services, team and locations. Telephone requests stay unconfirmed unless an authorised diary connection supports booking.

    Fresha guidance
  • Treatwell

Your salon’s official booking widget or link, with availability and policies managed in Treatwell. Deeper automation is checked against your account.

    Treatwell guidance
  • Booksy

A booking button or widget takes customers into your existing Booksy journey. The team keeps control of services, staff and appointment rules.

    Booksy guidance
  • Phorest

Website bookings and tailored reporting, with a more detailed connection assessed where your account has the required access.

    Phorest guidance
  • Timely

The salon booking button or widget keeps customers in your existing diary. I check service lengths, staff and the reporting available to you.

    Timely guidance
  • Square Appointments

Booking and payment journeys assessed together. Direct appointment changes depend on your plan, permissions and scheduling rules.

    Square Appointments guidance

Restaurants, pubs and cafés

Table availability, party size and deposits belong in your reservation system. I connect the customer journey without creating a competing diary.

  • ResDiary

An official website booking widget, plus reporting or deeper reservation access where agreed with the provider. Separate access charges may apply.

    ResDiary guidance
  • Collins / DesignMyNight

A venue booking or enquiry widget, with the right source recorded where supported. Enquiries and confirmed reservations remain distinct.

    Collins / DesignMyNight guidance
  • OpenTable

Website reservations through your official widget. Automated telephone bookings require separate approved Voice AI access; website access does not include it.

    OpenTable guidance
  • SevenRooms

A reservation journey around your venue’s rules. Reporting and direct system access depend on the account and the provider’s approval.

    SevenRooms guidance
  • Dojo Bookings

Website reservations or a virtual queue where your setup supports them. Payment and till connections are assessed separately from telephone booking.

    Dojo Bookings guidance

Garages and MOT centres

A drop-off time is different from a promised repair completion. I check job types, bays, technician capacity and what customers can actually book.

  • Garage Hive

Your existing online booking journey, with deeper connections assessed through the provider. Reports can distinguish booked work from invoiced jobs.

    Garage Hive guidance
  • Motasoft

Service, MOT and tyre booking journeys connected to your website where supported. Vehicle details and workshop rules stay with your garage system.

    Motasoft guidance

Trades and field services

Capture the postcode, job type and contact details while you are working. A quote request becomes a booked visit only when your team or authorised system confirms it.

  • ServiceM8

Enquiries and job requests routed into your existing workflow. Scheduling needs service-area, travel-time and team-capacity checks.

    ServiceM8 guidance
  • Jobber

Customer enquiries and job information connected within your account permissions. Quotes, scheduled visits and completed work are measured separately.

    Jobber guidance
  • Tradify

Your supported enquiry form or forwarding-email route. Tradify currently has no public API, so I do not promise unrestricted job or diary synchronisation.

    Tradify guidance

Clinics and practices

Administrative booking needs the right practitioner and appointment type, with careful handling of personal information. Clinical questions go to your team.

  • Cliniko

Administrative appointments and authorised reporting assessed around your practice. Treatment notes and clinical advice are outside a general receptionist’s scope.

    Cliniko guidance
  • Pabau

Your booking portal or website button, with account-specific access and data handling checked before deeper automation.

    Pabau guidance

Accountants and local services

Let customers choose the right consultation without phone tag. Your team’s calendar, appointment lengths and working hours set the boundaries.

  • Microsoft Bookings

Shared booking pages for Microsoft 365 businesses. Direct appointment handling depends on your licence, administrator permission and scheduling policy.

    Microsoft Bookings guidance
  • Calendly

A scheduling page or embed, with automated booking assessed on eligible plans. Your availability, meeting types and cancellation options remain authoritative.

    Calendly guidance

Classes, fitness and events

Capacity, memberships and payment rules matter as much as a free time. I use the provider’s booking journey wherever customers need to complete those steps.

  • Bookwhen

A timetable embed or booking link for classes and workshops. Its public API is read-only and cannot create bookings or supply attendance reports.

    Bookwhen guidance
  • TeamUp

Your customer booking site, with membership, class and attendance reporting assessed against your account. Customer eligibility and payment steps stay in place.

    TeamUp guidance

Shops and payments

Use your existing shop or secure checkout. A paid transaction and a confirmed appointment are separate events, even when one journey connects them.

  • Shopify

Products, gift items and hosted checkout connected where useful. Appointment booking needs a separate suitable booking setup.

    Shopify guidance
  • SumUp

Secure checkout links or payment journeys where your account supports them. Customers enter card details with the payment provider, not the AI receptionist.

    SumUp guidance

Built around how you work

A barber’s walk-in queue, a restaurant’s table plan and a garage’s workshop diary need different rules. We agree your services, people, capacity, prices and handoff route before anything goes live.

Ongoing support after launch

With ongoing support, we review the available figures and completed work together. I keep your agreed business details up to date and help you choose the next useful improvement. Your accounts stay in your name where possible, with clear access and handover notes.

Questions before connecting

Do I need to change my booking system?

Usually the first step is to check what you already use. An official booking button or widget may solve the problem. I recommend a replacement only after checking the limits and costs with you.

Can the AI receptionist confirm appointments?

Only when an approved connection can check availability and create the appointment in your real diary. Otherwise it takes a clearly unconfirmed request or directs the customer to your booking page. Your proposal names the exact scope.

What will my monthly report show?

The available figures for your business, the work completed and the next actions. Google clicks, enquiries, booking requests, confirmed appointments and paid revenue are kept separate. Missing data is identified rather than estimated as a result.

Are the platform subscriptions included?

Your proposal explains any separate booking subscriptions, payment charges, messages or access fees before work starts. My published packages and your third-party provider costs are identified separately.

How is the service tailored to my business?

We agree your services, staff, prices, hours, booking rules and escalation contacts. I configure and test against those facts, then review changes with you as part of the agreed ongoing service.

Do the platform names mean you are an official partner?

No. They identify examples of systems I can assess. Support depends on your provider, account and the agreed connection; no partnership or certification is implied.

Tell me what you already use.

Bring the name of your booking system, phone provider or shop platform. I’ll check the route and explain the scope before you commit. The message opens with a few prompts you can fill in; nothing is sent until you choose to send it.
