Give each researched lead a next action.
Open My leads, choose Import CSV, and paste the copied text into Or paste CSV. Select Review import, check the rows, then choose Add reviewed leads. Open your saved lead and add its next action. Website leads stay in this browser; they do not automatically sync with the extension or send messages.

Upgrading from v1.3.0? Before replacing any files, open Leads → Copy CSV in each creator profile you use and save each profile’s copied text as a CSV file. v1.3.0 does not have research JSON backup. CSV preserves supported lead columns, not a complete backup of settings or integrations.
Extract the v1.3.2 ZIP and replace the files inside the same extracted folder, then select Reload for SponsorRadar on chrome://extensions. Keep the existing extension entry and folder path; removing the extension can remove its local data.
For future updates from v1.3.1 onward: first open Settings → Research backup → Download research backup and keep the JSON file. Then update the files and reload the existing extension as above. If you also use the website pipeline, keep its separate My leads → Download backup (JSON) file.
What changed in v1.3.2?
Saved prospects are counted, not added into an income forecast. Existing amounts remain as reference estimates. Fictional demo drafts cannot be sent or copied; demo leads stay local and are excluded from CSV and Notion. JSON research backup still preserves them.
New extension CSV files use ReferenceEstimateUSD. The website imports that amount into notes, leaving the deal value empty. Existing CSV and JSON formats remain accepted. Historical reference estimates do not overwrite a quoted fee in Notion.
What does the extension research backup include?
Download research backup saves a JSON file containing public creator-profile settings and saved leads across all creator profiles, including their source evidence and contact provenance.
It excludes credentials, licence keys, paid-plan state, contact-unlock caches and scan history. It also excludes all Notion connections, database IDs, page IDs, pending sync data and sync links. It is a research backup, not a full copy of the extension or its integrations.
How do I restore missing extension research?
Open Settings → Research backup → Restore research backup and choose the extension’s research JSON file. The Review backup dialog shows additions and conflicts before anything is restored. Check the preview, then select Restore missing research.
Restore adds missing research. Existing leads and creator profiles you have set up stay unchanged, including their existing integrations. An untouched default or empty starter profile can be replaced only when that replacement is explicitly shown in the preview. Your active profile is preserved unless the preview replaces that starter profile.
Newly restored profiles have no Notion connection, and newly restored leads stay disconnected from Notion, including when saved later. Restoring does not create or update Notion pages.
The website pipeline has its own JSON backup format. Use each backup with the product that created it; they are separate local stores.
Chrome cannot find the extension files
Extract the ZIP first. In Load unpacked, select the folder containing manifest.json, which may be inside an outer download folder. Do not select the ZIP itself.
The video produces no useful sponsor result
Check that you supplied the intended YouTube URL or ID. A video may have no identifiable sponsor evidence. Try another relevant video and inspect the source; an empty result does not prove that a brand never sponsors creators.
I have reached the free contact allowance
Free includes three distinct brand-contact unlocks per day. This is a contact-unlock allowance, not a three-scan limit. Continue organising existing leads or review the paid plans.
Copy CSV did not create a download
Copy CSV puts CSV text on your clipboard. Paste it into a spreadsheet or a text file. Browser clipboard permissions can affect copying; if nothing appears when you paste, check permissions and try again.
My pipeline looks different on another device
The website pipeline is saved in the browser you are using. It is separate from the Chrome extension’s saved leads. Another browser or device will not automatically have the same records.
Does a rate estimate show what a sponsor paid?
No. Sponsorship fee figures are USD model estimates, not verified deal payments. Use them as a starting point for your own assessment, alongside audience, campaign and deliverable details.
