Your entries stay on this page in your browser. This tool does not send them to Show Up London or use local storage. Your browser may restore form fields; clear entries on a shared device. Printing or saving a PDF puts your chosen entries in that file. Never enter passwords, verification codes or customer details.

This worksheet does not claim a profile, change Google or check eligibility for you. Use the linked guidance and the options shown in your own account.

1. Business identity
Use the name customers see on your branding; avoid added keyword lists.
Town or area is enough here. Keep a private home address out of this worksheet.
2. Business type and service areas

Google profiles require eligible in-person customer contact. Online-only businesses are not eligible. If customers are not served at your address, hide it on the profile. Service areas use named places, not a radius; Google generally says the overall boundary should stay within about two hours’ driving time from the base. A larger area may suit some businesses, but adding names does not create local offices or remove searcher distance. See Google’s service-area guidance.

List only areas you genuinely serve. Use cities, postcodes or other supported named areas, up to 20.
Record why the location or service-area arrangement is accurate. Do not invent a shopfront or borrow an office address.
3. Categories and services
Choose the closest current Google category for the core business.
Use only categories that accurately describe the business.
For each service, note the name, what is included, pricing or quoting basis and any availability conditions.
4. Correct customer-facing hours

Use the hours relevant to this business. An AI answering calls around the clock does not automatically mean the premises or staff are available 24 hours.

Record the date, actual service availability and who will update the profile.
5. Real photos and useful description
Plan genuine work, team, products, equipment or premises imagery. Photograph an entrance only for a real customer-facing location.
750 characters maximum (Google’s description guidance). Explain the actual business, services and useful background. Keep promotional offers, links and keyword repetition out of this field.
6. Ownership and verification
Record the responsible person or role, not a password.
Use manager access rather than a shared password.
Google chooses available methods. Record what your account offers and any requested evidence; never copy a verification code here.
7. Honest customer feedback

Ask about a real experience. Never buy reviews, offer discounts for reviews or require a particular rating or wording. Plan helpful replies without revealing customer information. See Google’s review policy.

8. Links, measurement and next actions
Keep the destination useful and correct. Do not include names, email addresses or private information in tracking tags.
Record the reporting period, source and a useful action such as calls, enquiries or completed bookings. Visits alone are not sales.
