Website design · Beckenham

£79 a month for small business web design in Beckenham, with no minimum term.

Plus a £49 setup fee. Or own it outright for £995 one-off. No VAT added: I am not VAT registered.

If you run a café, restaurant, salon or independent shop in Beckenham, you already know people look you up on their phone before they walk in. I am Serhat, a web designer based in nearby Bromley, and I offer web design Beckenham businesses can afford: a five-page, mobile-friendly small business website for £79 a month, with a £49 setup fee and no minimum term.

Beckenham High Street has a proper mix of independents, from cafés and restaurants to bridal boutiques, a bookshop and gift shops. That mix is why the website matters. Someone choosing where to have lunch or who to book for a haircut will compare you with the next place in about ten seconds. I look after every client myself, so there is no agency layer between you and the person doing the work.

Website design Beckenham for places people walk into

A shop or café does not need a clever website. It needs one that answers the first questions fast: where are you, are you open now, what is on the menu or the price list, and how do I get in touch. Most of those visitors are standing in a street with a phone in one hand.

That is what a good small business website does, and it is what the five-page design covers.

Cafés and restaurants: menus, hours and your Google listing

For a café or restaurant, the first thing most people see is your Google listing, not your site. If the hours there are wrong, or the menu link goes nowhere, you lose a table before they have read a word you wrote. Your Google Business Profile is set up and maintained as part of every plan, and I keep it in step with the website so the two never disagree.

Two content changes a month are included, which is usually enough for a new seasonal menu, a Christmas opening-hours notice or a change of supplier on the specials. If you want to take table bookings or deposits for larger groups, the Show Up & Book plan adds online booking. Our guide to claiming your Google profile is free if you want to start there yourself.

Salons, spas and treatment rooms: let people book

If your hands are busy with a client, you cannot answer the phone, and a missed call is often a lost booking. Show Up & Book is £149 a month plus a £99 setup fee and is built for this:

There is more on this on my online booking page. There is a skin clinic among the example designs if you want to see how a treatment business can look.

Covering Beckenham High Street, Kent House, Elmers End, Eden Park, Clock House and Park Langley

Beckenham is not one street. A customer in Park Langley looks for different things from someone near Clock House station or the Elmers End shops, and they often search with the area name in it. I write each page so that Google and your customers can tell where you are and who you serve: the road, the nearest station, the neighbourhoods you cover.

That matters more than it sounds. In October 2026 I reviewed the websites of 95 small businesses around Bromley borough and south-east London, including 10 in Beckenham. 40 of the 95 never mentioned their own town anywhere on the page. If a search is for a salon in Kent House or a restaurant on Beckenham High Street, a site that never says so starts at a disadvantage.

What I found when I looked at local websites

The same review turned up some other basics that are easy to fix:

None of this needs a big budget. You can see where your own site stands with the free business check.

What you get for the Show Up plan

The Show Up plan is £79 a month plus a one-off £49 setup fee, paid up front. It includes:

Plans roll monthly with no minimum term. If you would rather own the site outright, Own It is £995 one-off, with an optional care plan at £39 a month. I am not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. All of it is on the pricing page.

How a Beckenham web designer project runs

You do not need a brief or a folder of assets to begin.

If you want a sense of the finish first, the example designs include a café. For Bromley-wide detail, see my website design Bromley page or the wider south-east London page.

Questions

How much does web design in Beckenham cost with Show Up London?

The Show Up plan is £79 a month plus a one-off £49 setup fee, with no minimum term. Show Up & Book, with online booking, is £149 a month plus £99 setup. I am not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.

Can I have a menu or price list that is easy to read on a phone?

Yes. I put it on the page as ordinary text, laid out for a small screen, rather than a PDF. Updating it is covered by your two content changes a month.

Do you build websites for salons that need online booking?

Yes. Show Up & Book adds online booking with deposits and reminders, a WhatsApp button, missed-call text-back (coming soon) and review requests after each visit, for £149 a month plus a £99 setup fee.

I am in Kent House or Elmers End rather than the High Street. Is that a problem?

No. I work with Beckenham businesses wherever they are, from the High Street to Eden Park and Park Langley. Your pages name the real areas you serve, which helps people searching near you.

Will you sort out my Google listing as well?

Yes, your Google Business Profile is set up and maintained in every plan. If you want to do it yourself first, read the guide to getting more Google reviews.

Can I stop whenever I like?

On a monthly plan, yes. There is no minimum term and the plan stops at the end of the month you have paid for. Or choose Own It and buy the site outright.
