£149 a month for website design for salons and barbers, with online booking and deposits.

Plus a £99 setup fee. No minimum term. No VAT added: I am not VAT registered.

Foils in one hand, clippers in the other, a client in the chair and the phone ringing on the side: that is the day a salon website has to cope with. I'm Serhat, a Bromley-based web designer, and I do website design for salons, barbers and beauty rooms. The site shows your services and prices, takes bookings and deposits while you work, and sends reminders so fewer appointments slip anyone's mind. Booking comes with Show Up & Book, at £149 a month plus a £99 setup fee, with no minimum term, and I look after every client myself.

Website design for salons with online booking and deposits

A lot of people check out a salon on their phone, often after spotting its photos on Instagram. They want to see what you do, what it costs and whether there is a slot on Saturday. The site is built around those three questions.

You choose which services can be booked online, how long each takes and any deposit to take at booking. If you want customers to pick a particular stylist, tell me on the call and I will explain honestly how that would work. There is more on how it runs on the online booking page.

Hair, barber and beauty: what each needs

A website for hair salons

Colour and cutting appointments run long, and a long slot left empty costs real money. The menu goes in the order people book (cut, colour, treatments), says plainly where a patch test or consultation comes first, and puts the deposit on the longer services.

A website for barbers

Speed matters here. Many barbers take walk-ins, so the site shows opening hours up front and a booking button for those who would rather reserve, with short slots for quick cuts and a clear price beside each one.

Beauty salon website design

Beauty rooms sell lots of small, specific services: brows, lashes, nails, facials. Good beauty salon website design groups them sensibly, shows what each costs and how long it takes, and answers the questions people ask before trying something for the first time.

Fewer no-shows: deposits and reminders

A no-show in a salon is a gap you cannot refill at the last minute. Salon booking with deposits changes the picture: the customer has put something down, so the slot means something to them. A reminder goes out before the appointment, so it is easy to remember.

You decide the deposit, and you can leave it off short or low-cost services. I would also put a plain line on the page saying what a deposit is for and what happens if someone has to cancel, so there are no awkward conversations at the chair. Fewer no-shows is the aim, not a promise: nothing takes them to zero.

Photos, Instagram and your Google profile

Your own photos do most of the selling, so the site gives them room: a gallery cropped for a phone screen, in the same close-up, square-ish style as your Instagram, so what people saw there matches what they find here.

Your Google Business Profile is set up and maintained in every plan, with hours, services and photos kept current. Show Up & Book then sends a review request after each visit, and my guide to getting more Google reviews shows how to ask. I never write reviews, and I will not put a testimonial on your site that you cannot stand behind.

WhatsApp, click-to-call and missed calls

Customers ask quick questions: are you open on Sunday, can I bring my daughter, do you do beards. A WhatsApp button and a tap-to-call link on every screen make that a one-touch job. In October 2026 I reviewed the websites of 95 small businesses around Bromley borough and south-east London, salons among them, and 12 of 95 had no tap-to-call link, which on a phone means copying a number out by hand.

Missed-call text-back: coming soon for Show Up & Book clients. Included at no extra cost from the day it goes live.

An AI receptionist while your hands are busy

For the afternoons when the phone never stops, Show Up 24/7 (£249 a month plus a £149 setup fee) adds an AI receptionist. It answers calls and chat, tells the caller it is an AI assistant, and handles the practical questions from your own information: opening hours, prices, parking, which services you offer. If someone wants a person, it takes their name, number, what it is about and the best time to ring back, then emails you a summary of the call.

Show Up 24/7 includes 600 call minutes a month, with the detail beyond that on the pricing page. In pilot. Message me and I will confirm a start date before you pay. You can start with Show Up & Book and move up when you need it.

Examples, prices and what happens next

I should be straight about examples: the example designs are for a café, a skin clinic, a charcoal grill and a garage. There is no salon among them yet, so they show my style rather than a finished salon site, and I would rather say so than pretend.

If you only want a website without booking, Show Up is £79 a month plus a £49 setup fee, or you can buy the site outright with Own It for £995. No VAT is added, because I'm not VAT registered. I work with salons and barbers around Bromley and further afield, and the page on web design in Bromley has more about how I work. To talk it through, book a free 15-minute call or message me on WhatsApp on 07387 819501.

Questions

Can customers pay a deposit when they book a salon appointment?

Yes, with Show Up & Book. You choose which services can be booked online and any deposit to take, so a quick trim can stay deposit-free while a long colour carries one.

Do you build websites for barbers as well as hair salons?

Yes. Barbers, hair salons and beauty rooms all use the same plans. What changes is the menu, the slot lengths and how much of the day is walk-ins.

Can you show me a salon website you have built?

Not yet. The example designs are a café, a skin clinic, a charcoal grill and a garage, and there is no salon among them. I would rather tell you that than show you something that is not what it appears to be.

What happens when the phone rings while I'm with a client?

Missed-call text-back is coming soon for Show Up & Book clients, included at no extra cost from the day it goes live. With Show Up 24/7, an AI receptionist can answer, take a message and email you a summary.

Do I have to pay monthly for a salon website?

No. Own It is the five-page site and Google profile bought outright for £995. The monthly plans have no minimum term, so you can stop at the end of any paid month.

How can I get more Google reviews for my salon?

Show Up & Book sends a review request after each visit, so asking becomes automatic rather than something you forget at the till. The free review guide covers the rest.
