£149 a month for a website for an aesthetic clinic, with online booking, deposits and reminders.

Plus a £99 setup fee. No minimum term. No VAT added: I am not VAT registered.

I'm Serhat, and I build the kind of website for an aesthetic clinic that has to do three jobs at once: look calm, explain things plainly and let someone book without a phone call. I'm Bromley-based and look after every client myself, which suits a clinic, because you are the person who knows what can and cannot be said about your own treatments. The plan I use is Show Up & Book, at £149 a month plus a £99 setup fee, with no minimum term.

The same approach works for physiotherapy rooms, counsellors and other therapists, so they are covered further down.

A website for an aesthetic clinic that takes bookings

Before anyone rings, they are asking three things: do you look careful, can I see what it costs, and can I book without a conversation? The site answers in that order.

One of my example designs is an invented skin clinic, Tessera Skin Rooms, with a plain price list, a first-visit page and a deposit shown at booking. It is a demonstration, so nothing on it can be booked, but it shows the tone I would aim for.

Treatment pages written carefully

Advertising rules for aesthetic treatments are strict, and you know yours better than I do. So I keep treatment wording factual: what the treatment is, how long it takes, what the appointment involves and the aftercare, in your own words. I make no medical claims, promise no results and write no reviews or testimonials.

Every page comes to you for sign-off before it goes live, and the clinic stays responsible for what its site says. If a sentence makes you hesitate, it comes out. I would rather you read each page twice now than worry about it later.

Online booking with deposits for consultations and treatments

People book from your website at any hour, including ten at night when the clinic is shut. You choose which services can be booked online, how long each one takes and any deposit you want to take at the time. Reminders go out before the appointment, and a review request follows each visit.

Those are common set-ups, not rules. Pick what suits the way you work, and see online booking in Bromley for how it all fits together.

Cut no-shows with reminders

An empty treatment room is paid for either way: the rent, the products and your time. A deposit makes a booking feel real and a reminder makes it hard to forget. Together they are the simplest way to cut no-shows, and neither needs you to chase anyone.

Missed-call text-back: coming soon for Show Up & Book clients. Included at no extra cost from the day it goes live.

Real reviews from real clients carry weight when someone is choosing a clinic. My guide on getting more Google reviews explains how to ask without nagging.

Websites for therapists, physios and practitioners

The layout is the same for a physiotherapy clinic, a counsellor, a massage therapist or a sports therapist, and I work with practitioners around the UK as well as nearby. A good website for a physiotherapy clinic makes the next step obvious, because the visitor has usually decided to get help already.

Websites for therapists across the UK also need a quiet tone, which is mostly a matter of leaving things out: short pages, one clear booking button and plenty of space.

An AI receptionist for an aesthetic clinic

Show Up 24/7 adds an AI receptionist that answers calls and chat, for £249 a month plus a £149 setup fee. It says plainly that it is an AI assistant and answers practical questions from your own information, such as opening hours, prices, parking and which treatments you offer. When someone wants you, it takes a message: name, number, what it is about and the best time to call back. A summary of every call is emailed to you.

It gives no medical advice. If a caller asks about their skin, a medication or anything clinical, it takes a message for you to answer. Bookings go through your online booking page. The plan includes 600 call minutes a month, the pricing page covers anything beyond that. In pilot. Message me and I will confirm a start date before you pay.

Enquiries handled with privacy in mind

Even a short message to a clinic can be personal. I keep contact and booking forms to the basics a front desk would ask first: name, phone or email, which treatment and a preferred time. Health questions belong in your own consultation, face to face, so I do not add them to a web form.

Before the site goes live, I go through with you where each enquiry lands and who in the clinic can see it. Call summaries from the AI receptionist arrive by email, so you choose which inbox they go to.

Prices and where to start

If you want the website without booking, Show Up is £79 a month plus a £49 setup fee. Own It is the same site bought outright for £995. No VAT is added, because I'm not VAT registered, and every price is on the pricing page.

The easiest first step is a free 15-minute call, or a message on WhatsApp on 07387 819501. If your clinic is in Chislehurst, the page on web design in Chislehurst covers that high street too.

Questions

Can you build a website for an aesthetic clinic without medical claims?

Yes, and that is how I prefer to do it. Treatment pages stick to facts: what it is, how long it takes, what to expect on the day. I make no medical or results claims, and you sign off every page before it goes live.

Can I take a deposit when someone books a consultation?

Yes. With Show Up & Book you choose which services can be booked online and any deposit you want to take. You could leave consultations free and ask for a deposit only on longer treatments.

How much does an online booking system cost?

Online booking, deposits and reminders are part of Show Up & Book, at £149 a month plus a £99 setup fee. There is no minimum term.

Will the AI receptionist give medical advice?

No. It answers practical questions from the information you give it, takes a message and emails you a summary of the call. Anything clinical comes to you as a message.

Do you work with physios and therapists outside London?

Yes. A website does not need to be built in the same town as the clinic. The first step is a free 15-minute call, and the rest can be done by phone, WhatsApp and email.

Can I own the website instead of paying monthly?

Yes. Own It is the five-page site and Google profile bought outright for £995, with an optional care plan at £39 a month.
